1. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

2. Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service. To initiate a refund request, please provide details of your experience along with any relevant photos or documentation.

3. Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be granted if the complaint is due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions).

4. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
