Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview:
By scheduling a mobile detailing service with Doctor Island Detail, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Schedule:
Appointments are subject to availability. Customers must provide accurate information about vehicle location and condition when booking a service.

3. Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods include debit cards, credit cards and cash. A deposit may be required for certain services.

4. Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the quote. Doctor Island Detail reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability:
Doctor Island Detail is insured; however, customers assume all responsibility for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Doctor Island detail is not liable for damage caused by improper care or failure to inform the company of any existing issues.

6. Service Guarantee:
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.

7. Client Responsibilities:
Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and free from valuables.Doctor island Detail is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

8. Changes to Terms:
Doctor Island Detail reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services signifies acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Washington, USA, and any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Olympia, WA.
