Cancellation Policy

At Doctor Island Detail, we strive to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. To ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy Notification Period: Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of [insert percentage or dollar amount, e.g., 50% of the total service cost]. No-Show Policy: Customers who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Refunds: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. If a service is canceled in accordance with this policy, any pre-paid amount minus the cancellation fee will be refunded.
